• Systems your organization owns; or
• Systems for which you have explicit written authorization.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate:

• Vulnerability findings;
• Threat assessments;
• Risk prioritization;
• Security recommendations.

All findings should be independently reviewed and validated by qualified security professionals.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform is error-free;
• All vulnerabilities will be detected;
• Security breaches will be prevented;
• Recommendations will resolve all risks;
• The Platform will operate uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Security incidents;
• Data breaches;
• Missed vulnerabilities;
• False positives;
• System downtime;
• Business interruption;
• Loss of revenue;
• Indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding 1 month.

The Platform may integrate with:

• AI providers;
• Cloud providers;
• Security databases;
• Third-party APIs.

We are not responsible for third-party systems or services.

All Platform content, software, AI models, branding, and systems remain the exclusive property of the Company. Users retain ownership of submitted domains and scan data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Illegal use;
• Abuse;
• Unauthorized scanning;
• Violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

We use collected information to:

• Provide security assessments;
• Improve Platform functionality;
• Generate AI-driven insights;
• Prevent abuse;
• Maintain security.

The Platform uses AI systems to:

• Analyze risks;
• Generate remediation recommendations;
• Prioritize vulnerabilities.

AI-generated outputs may involve processing by third-party AI infrastructure providers.

We retain data for as long as necessary to:

• Provide services;
• Meet legal obligations;
• Resolve disputes;
• Enforce agreements.

Users may request deletion of eligible data.

• Access controls;
• Monitoring;
• Secure infrastructure;
• Rate limiting.

No system is completely secure.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction.

Depending on jurisdiction, users may:

• Access data;
• Correct data;
• Delete data;
• Export data;
• Restrict processing.

Users must NOT:

• Scan systems without authorization;
• Launch attacks;
• Use the Platform for unlawful activities;
• Reverse engineer the Platform;
• Attempt to bypass rate limits;
• Upload malicious code;
• Abuse AI systems.

Violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension;
• Legal action;
• Reporting to authorities.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to:

• Analyze vulnerabilities;
• Assess threats;
• Generate remediation guidance.

AI-generated recommendations:

• May be incomplete;
• May contain inaccuracies;
• Should not replace professional security assessments.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying findings;
• Testing remediation actions;
• Implementing security controls.

The Platform provides automated security insights only.

The Platform:

• Is NOT a penetration testing service;
• Is NOT a compliance certification authority;
• Does NOT guarantee prevention of cyberattacks;
• Does NOT guarantee complete vulnerability detection.

Security is a continuous process.

If you discover a vulnerability affecting our systems, please:

• Report responsibly;
• Avoid exploiting vulnerabilities;
• Avoid accessing customer data;
• Provide sufficient details.

The Company agrees to:

• Force majeure events;
• Internet disruptions.
